Dianka is a small, home-based business operating within Woodlands Lifestyle Estate, Moreleta Park, Pretoria. We make and deliver homemade treats to residents of the estate.

What We Collect

When you place an order, we collect:

• Your name
• Email address (optional, for order confirmation)
• Mobile phone number
• Delivery address within the estate
• Order details and payment method chosen

Why We Collect It

We use your information only to:

• Process and deliver your order
• Send you an order confirmation email (if you provide your email)
• Contact you if there is an issue with your order

We do not use your information for marketing, and we will never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

How We Store It

Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database hosted by Supabase (EU region). Access is limited to the Diankaadministrator. We retain order data for record-keeping purposes and will delete your personal information upon request.

Payment Information

Card payments are processed by Yoco, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. We never see or store your card details. For Cash Send payments, only the transaction reference is recorded.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
